Amelia
One of the most awaited movies of the year will be released later this week and already enough hype has been created. Two times Oscar winning actress plays the role of Amelia Earhart, who disappears in an attempt to become the first women to circle the world.
This legendary true story is directed by Mira Nair whose star cast also includes Richard Gere and Ewan McGregor. Richard Gere plays the role of Amelia’s husband, George Putnam. The role of Fred Noonan, the only crew member along with Amelia on that fateful flight is played by Christopher Eccelstone. The movie is already been shown at film festivals like the one in Doha Tribeca where it opened the festival.
The lucky ones, who have already got to watch this movie, are keeping mum but I am sure this movie will be grander than anticipated. I can hardly wait for the theater release for probably the best movie of the year.
